You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or listed as a “terrorist supporting” country and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be changed and interpreted to best accomplish its intent. The remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
If these Terms have been translated, the original English version shall prevail in case of any dispute.
We may update these Terms at our discretion. If changes are material, we will notify You at least 30 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, You agree to the updated Terms.
